The payment of the Products purchased by the Customer, as well as the related delivery costs can be made exclusively as following:
– Credit card / Pay Pal:
In case of the purchase by credit card, at the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the reference bank will authorize only the amount relating to the placed order. The amount relating to the purchased Products will be effectively charged to the Customer’s credit card only when the order is placed by AM.
In case of withdrawal by the Customer following the payment of the Products purchased online, AM will instruct the bank to credit the amount to be refunded on the Customer’s credit card.
The Customer must be the holder of the valid credit card when ordering the Products purchased online.
During the payment process AM has no access to the information relating to the Customer’s credit card, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the bank managing the transaction. AM will not keep such data in any computer archive. Under no circumstances can AM be held responsible for any fraudulent and improper use of credit cards by third parties, upon payment for Products purchased on the site.
– Bank transfer:
If using this payment system, the Customer must transfer the amount indicated in the transaction, including the shipping costs, to the credit institution indicated in the e-mail confirmation order. The order will be processed after receiving the funds to our bank; to speed up the procedure it is possible to send the receipt of the payment via Whatsapp to +39 333 739 3974 or by sending a payment confirmation to the email address: arcadia.loreto@gmail.com
– Cash on delivery (Italy only):
The Customer will make the payment upon receipt of the goods by paying the carrier.
– Postepay (Italy only):
For this payment system, the Customer must pay the amount indicated in the transaction, including the shipping costs to the prepaid Postepay card indicated in the e-mail confirmation order. The order will be processed after receiving the payment; to speed up the procedure it is possible to send the receipt of the payment via Whatsapp to +39 3337393974 or by sending a payment confirmation to the email address: arcadia.loreto@gmail.com
